T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to incorporate 4th of July colors and theme into a shirt for our guests and staff at our Alaskan fishing lodge. It is all deep sea fishing in southeast Alaska - halibut and salmon. I'm up for ideas, but the attached picture (hoochie wall) might be a fun way to do it? Design should have the lodge name (The Cedars Lodge, Silverking Lodge, Clover Pass Resort)...I would like to use it for each of these 3 locations independently, so same design with different names.
