Tattoo Design Brief

I would like you to design a remembrance tattoo for my dad. My dad was my best friend and tragically passed away almost 3 years ago at 61 years old. His name was Donald and he always did the perfect Donald Duck voice when I was little. I would like a tattoo designed with an old school Donald Duck, his last heartbeat from an EKG from the hospital, the words "Always on my mind & Forever in my heart", and his birth date (5/25/1960) and death date (07/16/2021).
