T-shirt Design Brief

In the 1990's the Detroit Catholic Central Shamrocks won 5 State football Championships - 1990, 1992, 1995, 1997 and 1998. I'm looking to design a retro like t-shirt to commemorate this achievement, highlighting the "Team of 90's". Detroit Catholic Central's colors are royal blue and white. Attached are a couple of pictures of the helmet and school logo. A vintage/retro, distressed look is what I'm looking to create.
