Logo Design Brief

Need a simple logo for a sales region known as the SAS. Must be simple in nature so that it can be used on apparel. This is for a sales team that cover that cover SoCal, Arizona and Hawaii. Their previous region was known as The PAC. I will upload their old regional logo so you can see how simple it was. They loved it. Im trying to capture something similar that reflects their new Region Name Acronym 'SAS', but that also speaks to the new geography. I really do want this as simple as possible. Something we can put on badges for hats and apparel.

I want the designers to basically tweak my original logo that says PAC (stryker)…to say SAS (stryker), in the same color scheme – white on black.
