Logo Design Brief

Need a corporate logo for a new company. I would like to be simple and elegant. It should communicate trust, authority, and professionalism. The company will primarily provide residential property management services for residential property owners. The company will also provide real estate sales services.
I would like you to also include a sheet with the color selection and what background colors will work well with the logo. Some people call it a branding packet.
Color Preference: Blue hues
Do NOT incorporate any type of home or building in the design.
I will also need website and social media design help in the near future. If you also provide these services please let me know.
