Logo Design Brief

I am needing a logo design to represent an upscale, high quality remodeling company. Looking for a minimalist logo that is not too busy. No tools or extras added to the logo, but variations of the house are acceptable. Attached is the idea of the design. If selected, I would like multiple versions of the chosen design and all of the fonts and color codes to keep all future content consistent.
