Tattoo Design Brief

I need to design my first tatoo- I am a pilot and have three boys, I am thinking a runway with a plane taking off from behind. I want to incorporate their birthdates into the design- Taking off runway 12 for my first son born 4/12- Altitude 11K feet for second son- turbing to heading 006 for 3rd son, something like that.
