Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for an exciting new startup tech company based in Australia called 'InnovateAI'.

Background:
The company has a focus on process improvement and will collaborate with other businesses using a customer centric approach to provide solutions using existing and emerging technologies such as automation and AI.
Continuous improvement and learning, customer focussed, adapting to change (agile) and enabling value and innovation for businesses will form the foundation for InnovateAI

Requirements:
I require a business logo that is:
- Unique / distinctive
- Memorable
- Tied to the brand
- Scalable: Could be used as a small image profile, email footer, letterhead or other media.
- Has a positive and negative version (inverted)

Font: Modern / technology / futuristic / clean
Preferred Colours: Navy/Royal Blue, White, Gold, possibly Black or Silver
*Note: I'm open to other colours if this ties in with the image and/or brief.

Preferred Background: Navy/Royal Blue or White
