Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for a wellness retreat business on St. George Island, Florida, hosted in a home named East of Eden. The intention and focus of this retreat is to allow guests to rediscover their innate creativity and revitalize creative energy. This retreat will involve yoga and mindfulness, all circling around the theme of using nature as a source for and inspiration of creativity in its many forms. We will rise with the sun and slow down our day as the sun sets, really tapping into nature and its four elements to rediscover the passion for creation inherent in every human.
I need a versatile logo image and one that includes the name of the event, Enso Retreat, which should be the focal point and largest, primary text for the logo, but "at East of Eden" should also be included, as it is part of the event's theme and its location. I need a logo I can use on a website and for printing purposes (t-shirts, gift bags, etc.) so definitely need the text itself to be unique and eye-catching but also want art to be incorporated in some way that is visually best.

I am amazed at the fast responses to this project and the incredible creativity I am seeing! Thank you all so much! I have been really struggling with finalizing the name for this special retreat, and I would love to see some options that incorporate some combination of Enso + Rooted… Enso Roots Retreat …. Rooted Enso Retreat …. Keeping the “at East of Eden tag line” included but I would love to see what you all could do with adding potentially the word “Rooted” or some variation in the logo name. A design incorporating abstract or symbolic representations of the themes described in this note in a unified way.
Nice to have
- Very abstract, Enso circle that incorporates subtle bird qualities, perhaps a feather design incorporated into shape of Enso circle with similarly designed/styled birds flying out of or through the Enso circle. Few inspiration ideas attached.
