Tattoo Design Brief

I am hoping to get it in black/ grey with realism. 

I want to cover my right leg from the ankle to the lower thigh below where I have another tattoo centered on my thigh. The bottom of the sleeve I want to have an ouroboros snake swallowing itself right above my ankle, then above that on the outside of my shin/calf I’m wanting a scorpion facing towards the center of my shin, on the inside of my shin/ calf a cracked teacup laying on its side with a small trickle of blood coming out of it going to a small crack in the desert ground, out of the crack in the ground a small olive tree sprouting and growing up the center of the back of my calf. Above the teacup on the inside of my calf I want a skull with a centipede crawling out of one of one of the eye sockets and going towards the teacup. Going up through my knee i am hoping for a landscape progression from like a desert bottom to a little more foliage towards the top, and Just Above the knee on my lower thigh I want to have mountain peaks wrap around to close out the top of it and I want to add 3 stars above the peaks. 

I’m open to whatever ideas for fillers between the main objects to make it complete. This piece takes a little piece from all the countries I’ve been to on deployment and ties them together for me
