Billboard Design Brief

I need a billboard design for my company "PRN Paralegals" that advertises our primary service: Digitization of closed client files, for law firms and attorneys. Our system works as follows: 1) We get a call about a firm that wants to digitize their archived (closed) client files (which usually find their way to file cabinets or bankers boxes), 2) We go and pick those up from the law firm, 3) We bring them to our digitization facility, scan them in, and convert them into searchable PDF/A files, and 4) We upload them on the cloud, give the client a URL to visit their files whenever they want, and we delete them when requested by the client (usually for the retention duration for Missouri's rules of professional conduct, which is 6 years). It would be really cool to see "PRN Paralegals" and the logo clearly on the billboard, some simple sentence relating to "Missouri's best digitizing and cloud storage service for closed client files for attorneys" (or something shorter, you get the point), with maybe a linear set of photos and arrows (as follows 1. A photo of a file cabinet opened with files hanging out of it, 2. an arrow pointing to a person scanning in documents in a big scanner (maybe with a PRN Paraleglals logo on it?), 3. An arrow pointing to a "secure" appearing cloud (representing cloud storage), and 4. the client sitting at a computer with an arrow pointing back to the cloud (showing the client is accessing the cloud files through the computer).
