Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business we are starting called "Sherpa Destinations". We are a personalized travel and athletic adventure company that helps individuals fulfill their travel and athletic experience bucketlist. We coordinate itineraries for worldwide travel and help prepare our customers for once in a lifetime physical activity experiences. We would like our logo to utilize bright, cheerful colors, convey the outdoor, demonstrative the encouragement and support our company offers those who may be afraid to travel alone or abroad while also helping them get ready for the physical activity.

Our company is woman owned, so we also want this incorporated into the logo. Here are the logo element essentials:
1. Concept of Destinations - mountain tops (that is very symbolic of journeys, reaching the top of the mountain). This also conveys the outdoors.
2. Our Owner - a caricature of our own to be included (she has long brown hair...I will include a picture).
3. Concept of Encouragement - The outstretched hand of our owner reaching back to help encourage others to reach their bucket list destinations.
4. The name of the company - Sherpa Destinations
