T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a design for a t-shirt and sweatshirt "Established 2004." This is a chiropractic business that I see humans and animals. I want something fun that uses the logo for my business for both men and women to wear. I don't want it to say "20 years in practice" I want it to be "Established 2004." The design should be for the front of the garment only. I am including the logo and other marketing material I use. Thank you!
