Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a building services company (all aspects of building maintenance, consultation and projects works) based in Perth Australia. Our company focuses on facilities and government clientele and offers a proffessional one-stop-shop for all building faults and upgrades. Doing a quick google search I stumbled across a picture of a building (attached doc) that I thought would be interesting to take inspiration from for a silhouette. But we are not locked into this idea and am open to any other creative logo concepts.
