Graphic Design Brief

I need a cartoon-ified mouth gif making the movements of pronouncing the different letters of the alphabet. This is for an EdTech platform for kindergarten students taking lessons in school. A plain or transparent background is best, and I have attached a couple examples of the artwork currently used in our platform to give an idea of colors to use in the gifs and tentative style, and a moving mouth to demonstrate the "pose" expectation. For the character, we would like a child like the example attached.
