Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a company that is a holding company and has the name Black Tower. The scope of the Tower as an element of protection. Its a black tower as its there in the night but not visiable but shed light on things, like a lighthouse. The tower element needs to contain a lion / lion head as an additional element. As the tower is not only a protection elemtn but so is the lion, protecting the tower.
