Graphic Design Brief

I need to develop a new color design for a boat. I have attached examples of boat to show you the how they look painted. I have attached a template of the hull that needs to be designed. I would like the base coat to be a cement grey or white and have blues, light blues, dark grey and black incorporated into the design. These colors can fade into each other or be stripe designs.
