Logo Design Brief

Attached is what I put together quickly in Canva. I want the colors to be Black, White and a dark Charcoal grey. Virago is my last name so I do like that to look like it is signed/handwritten. I am a real estate company but it doesn't have to be over the top about houses. I can be fairly simple. I want it to feel like a luxury brand. So if my sign is sitting outside a very low priced home it only elevates it and if it's outside a multimillion dollar home it looks like it belongs.
