Logo Design Brief

We need to create a new Logo for our company and have it trademarked.It needs to say TLC Land Company larger and then underneath it needs to list our other two companies:TLC Land Consulting LLC
and TLC Land Brokerage LLC
Design should be in black and red. I am attaching some pictures of a neighborhood and a landmark pin for inspiration that we like as well as some other land company logos to compare
