Flyer Design Brief

Design a marketing flyer to be distributed to landscaping contractors, councils, and private users.
I have attached a Dropbox link that holds the logo files, copy, and brand guidelines and images.
I am wanting the brochure to be 2 pages, which can be sent as a pdf or printed double-sided. I would like a modern, professional look using the colours from the brand guidelines. We are designing a new website so this brochure will be found on the website as well as sent to clients. I have uploaded the copy, a logo, and brand guidelines.
