Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Staffing and Recruiting Agency. This logo should convey being reliable, consistent and qualified. The U in Unica will need to incorporate the number 1 somehow within the letter. This will be the unique part of the logo that could be used stand alone.

The required main color will be Green and the other suggested colors will be Black and Gray, but other color combinations are welcomed. The design should be easy to convert to a black and white design for paperwork, as well as modified for use on a black or white background such as clothing or websites.

Uploaded image is merely a suggested example of incorporating the number 1 in the letter U. Final design does not need to match it.
