T-shirt Design Brief

Hi I run a fitness company and would like a new Tshirt design for a quote.
"One step at a time".
I specialise in walking workouts which are workouts based on steps.
The idea is that you take it one step at a time to get results.
This design will be for a white Tshirt,
I prefer text based t-shirt designs, but am open to ideas.

Most of my audience are 40+ so nothing too Gen Z as this wouldn't appeal to my audience.
