Logo Design Brief

We need a logo redesign for a remodeling company based in North Carolina. The current logo is horrific and also the company is rebranding to "Enliven Remodeling". The mockup of the redesigned website is attached. We'll swap the logo out on there with the new logo.

They focus primarily on kitchen and bathroom remodels. We'd like the logo to communicate something more upscale but still accessible and homey feeling.
