I posted a video of the example I made in MS apps. The graphical design should be much better. It give you a picture about how it should like like in the end. It would be nice to be able to also give conditional text at the end. There are some info buttons needed at some questions. And I would rather like to have a radial bar chart in the end instead the slicers , this on one halve of the page and on the other the conditional text. The quit view button brings you back to the website and the contact buttons brings you to a contact form. Which can be simple. Name, company, email-address, and a comment field. Can also be linked to the contactform on the webside. www.busatwork.nl

Hello, I'm not so much a technical person. I would like to use it on the website, people can navigate to it being on the website or I post a link e.g on LinkedIn. So it would be possible that they will use it on mobile. However my website currently works on Desktop and Mobile. Does this answer your question?
