Flyer Design Brief

I have: 2 sample flyers for the same event, a Word document with the text I would like to use, photos to include. Not all photos need to be included.

I would like a 2 (maybe 1?) page flyer I can use for marketing this and future events. Can be MS Publisher format, or other as preferred - please provide PDF also just in case.
