Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a consumer debt collections company. The company's legal name is C. Tech Collections, Inc., but I think we should just focus on C. Tech for the logo as we own a trademark in that name. We handle the collection of consumer debt across may different industries (medical debt, credit card debt, utilities debt etc). The company has operated for 33 years and needs a refresh of its branding. I'd like something that looks established, provides a sense of security and trustworthiness, and that conveys success in our recovery efforts and a return of funds to the client.
