Logo Design Brief

We will be opening a new real estate brokerage in 2024 operating out of Lexington, Ky. We have the ability to service the entire state of Kentucky but mainly central Kentucky so we do not want it to be lexington specific. We would obviously like for our logo to involve something with homes and real estate. We are open to exploring different color schemes and do not have anything specific in mind. We do prefer to steer away from any very dark colors as it is difficult to read dark signs (like open house signs and yard signs). We like blues and greens (nothing neon) but are open to exploring options!
