Logo Design Brief

I am looking to improve the logo that my client previously created to make it more professional looking. I have attached it for reference. My client would like to keep the color scheme, the ying/yang, and the vertebrae.

I would like a logo that can be used on a website, on a business card, embroidered on clothing, and printed on shirts.

I apologize for the small reference. My client could not find an original file that wasn't corrupted.
