Logo Design Brief

I’m looking for a logo for my woodworking company. We design and create custom, handmade furniture along with other smaller items. I would like the logo to be bold, but relatively conservative. I’m open to a “clean” look as well as a simple “vintage” look. I have attached images that are similar to the looks I am interested in.

I would like it to include the company name (“The Hartwood Co. / Hartwood). Our slogan (Handmade Products) is optional.

Nice to have

• It would be nice to incorporate a sawblade, growth ring pattern (as if you’re looking at the end of a log that has been cut), or a hammer and chisel.
