The company is an IT consultancy. Externally branded as BBA, internally as Big Brain Association for a playful vibe. The logo is intended for hoodie merch with a fun spin.

Logo Concept:
The logo should have a playful and mascot-like feel.

I found an artist that has a pretty cool style that I wonder if you can mimic, he is called Dan Hipp. Here are a few characters from him:
