Tattoo Design Brief

I would like a single forearm sleeve designed for the top of left forearm.
I want the design to incorporate 2 (possible 3) names, but the names should be relatively discreet (not the focal point of the design).
I would like the design to incorporate a compass and a cross (open to designs with a crucifix).
I prefer the design to be black and white, with possibly some red.
