Logo Design Brief

I am a primary care physician/GP who is leaving the insurance based model of the US healthcare system and starting my own direct primary care practice (DPC). DPC is an emerging model of healthcare that gives people affordable access to basic healthcare for a low monthly subscription fee paid directly to the doctor from the patient. Patients have unlimited access to their doctor, extended appointments spanning 30-60 min, same or next day appointments as well as Telehealth, email and texting access to their doctor. Doctors in this model have smaller patient panels and subsequently know their patients on a more personalized level which facilitates them delivering more comprehensive and quality healthcare. It's small town medicine- the way healthcare used to be. I am looking for a home-town, subtly elegant look with softer colors for my logo.
