Logo Design Brief

We are looking to create a group image for our family office, a holding company called Nyala Capital that has 3 subsidiaries: Nyala Investments (already has a design, which is attached), Africa Horizon (priority logo) and Kuikila Investments. In total, this would result in 4 logos, including the one for the holding company, Nyala Capital. We would be looking for a minimal design for Nyala Capital, but have also included an attachment of the Nyala Investments design that we like and would look to base the other designs on. The one we want to design now is the one for Africa Horizon, however I am giving more context on the other subsidiaries, in case it helps with the design and a possible future extension of the project.

- Nyala Investments owns stakes in various agricultural and forestry projects in Africa.

- Africa Horizon´s (this is our priority logo) mission is to help build a sustainable African Critical Minerals future based on solid partnerships as a way of diversifying world supply chain through business initiatives within the critical minerals sector - mainly focused on African and Western geographies. The company is building projects on the Rare Earth and Lithium sectors, through sustainable mining practices. These are metals that will have large use cases in renewable energy infrastructure, EVs and other consumer electronics products.

- Kuikila Investments aims to secure Mozambique's sustainable energy future through various stakes in projects within the energy sector, thus advancing the country's socio-economic state.
