T-shirt Design Brief

We need a Tshirt to give out to people in our wellness center who have completed an active care plan and graduated to a wellness plan - I think we're going to call this group 'the wellness collective' -

I like the idea of having a circle on the front of our logo with our business name - and the wellness collective written around it. (kind of like the Tshirt design below)

Back: something to convey that health is a continual process (kind of like the image on the back of the Tshirt below but not a running shoe) and the message "my health is my responsibility" or "I'm the CEO of my well-being" - I do need to somehow integrate a QR code for our website

Colors: #a2cd3a , black and a neutral grey that gives enough contrast on a white T-shirt

While I've posted the image examples of a Tshirt below we're totally open to other ideas for the back but I'd like to keep the front similar in shape (circle) to the one pictured.
