Logo Design Brief

I need a clean, modern, but still elegant logo for my tax and accounting firm. We are located in Westminster, Colorado, and we have been in business since 1993. I would like to use dark green for the colour scheme, but I am also open to blue or chocolate browns. The company is rebranding to attract a more sophisticated clientele and represent our new ownership. We are looking to pivot our brand from a very "mom and pop" tone to a white glove concierge service. I don't want our brand to look like any other accounting firm's branding. I want to stay away from traditional and stuffy.
