Logo Design Brief
We only use regional organic products for our baked goods and we work exclusively without any kind of additives. Our products are subject to long maturation times in the town of Odernheim with the historic Disibodenberg monastery ruins. In this monastery, the most famous woman in Germany: "Hildegard-von-Bingen" had her enlightenments and her teachings on the books that she wrote and are still valued today. HvB is a far-sighted luminary, especially when it comes to nutrition.
From our point of view, the good woman should be called Hildegard vom Disibodenberg, as she spent her life there from the age of 7 to the age of 40. For this reason, we have spelled grain grown by various organic farmers in the surrounding area, which we grind ourselves with our stone mill and use to grow our own spelled sourdough. So high-end when it comes to baking, which no longer exists elsewhere.
Green and brown are probably the natural basic colors, maybe not, I'm curious.
I don't want to make any specifications, then I could do it myself. I think freedom brings creativity.

Must have
- It's about "honest" bread, mindfulness, original bread with sourdough, nutrition according to Hildegard von Bingen, everything from organic farming, grain is specially grown and ground with a stone mill, more passion, more origin at first glance
Nice to have
- something related to Hildegard of Bingen and grain
