It's a nice project, but the specs you attached do not say anything about the size of the home page banner.
Also, what text/content do you want to see on the banners? and how many banners are you looking for this project?

Banner should be 2000x600. The text/content is flexible, so long as it is attractive to potential customers. Can highlight products we have for sale, or product categories, or just slogans advertising lifestyle cannabis use. Heck if you make placeholder text that we can change easily, we can re-use the banner with different messaging. If I just get one banner, that is great, but multiple that work as a slideshow would be even better.
