Mascot Design Brief

We are an insurance broker outside Toronto, Ontario. We are looking to develop an online mascot named "Walter". Walter is a male character in his 60's, stalky but professional looking. Grey hair, with or without glasses. He will be used in our advertising campaigns and social media. We'd like 3-5 different poses, perhaps one 'pointing', showing a clipboard, maybe one with a thought bubble? We are open to different poses.
