Stationery Design Brief

Hi all. A log design was completed for us a few years back and we would like some additional work to complete the company documentation.
There are a few items I would like to revised/designed.

1. The Relay Controls logo - I would like to give it a very slight refresh, while maintaining its current identify. Maybe for it to be slightly compressed vertically and possibly modernise the letters a little with slightly rounded corners?

2. I would like some default cover page layouts for out documentation. I played around on Visio with some ideas which had a rhombus fading, which ties in with the Relay Controls logo. I would like for something very similar to this (simple).

3. I would like a watermark on standard pages. I have attached an example (watermark sample) that includes a form of geometric shape we currently add to the top left of each page and we would like to utilise the same concept. Ideally this would be simple and easy to print. I've also included a sample doc of a standard letter/doc template we utilise which we would like to tie in together with the other templates.
