use an existing company logo (and do not change it), but add to it to include a sub-brand/product name. the logo can change size, but colour needs to stay the same. The addition to the existing logo can be a different colour and size.
the company name is Kinetic - that isn't changing. The Kinetic logo cannot change either. The sub-brand is RESI (short for 'Residential'). it needs to be added to the Kinetic Logo, and can include visual reference to accommodation/home etc. happy to see 'RESI' and 'Residential' as options on the logo.
