Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a dermatology group. It should be classy and artistic. Please take the base photo and make us more muscular, more handsome, and with better hair. You can use a fantasy, vintage, anime, or portrait style. You can play around with the image to give us swords or other gentlemenly accessories and attire. Please include dermatology items in the design if possible. For example, swap a monacle for a dermatoscope or swap a sword for a scalpel.
