Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our company as well as a design for business cards.
We are a caretaker service company and offer all services around the house.
The competition is fierce and we want to stand out.
Color: preferably blue and gray
(without saying/slogan in the logo)
Classic/modern direction
Attached is our old logo, preferably in these colors, possibly gray a little bit lighter.

We would like to have the logo with a saying on the front of the business card
Quality services around the home
and/or any indication that we are a caretaker service and the following information:
