Tattoo Design Brief

I need a cool design for a pufferfish skeleton tattoo that I would like to use for myself. I had a scuba diving accident recently and nearly lost my life. I saw a pufferfish shortly before the accident so the idea behind the skeleton is to highlight that life is fragile.
I welcome variations on the idea, as long as it incorporates a pufferfish and something else that refers to death or the fragility of our lives. Colour design preferred.
