Tattoo Design Brief

I am trying to get a design for a tattoo for my upper arm. I would like it to be a Samurai at the lower side (full body or just torso and up) with the round hat and a large Phoenix coming out of him with a wispy flame trail and hovering or surrounding him like a spirit. I will attach a few pictures as ideas. It can be black and white or also adding in flame colors. It can also be Anime themed or Realistic. I appreciate your time and taking a look at this!
