Logo Design Brief

We are taking two companies Altaland Industries and Superior Property Management Services and restructuring them so SPMS is a subsidiary of Altaland. Superior Property Management is being renamed to Superior Asset Management Inc. Both companies buy, sell & manage residential, light industrial and commercial properties.
We are looking for something visually appealing that combines elements of both designs. The final design should communicate integrity, instills trust & speaks to our commitment to the communities we serve.

CMYK: 0 / 87 / 15 / 65

This project begins with a logo, but will continue to business cards, email footers, web desgin and social media.
