Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new Coaching Company based in Houston, Texas called "Kim Kastuk Coaching". I offer training, life-coaching services, and consulting for young athletes looking to play in college. I have a holistic approach of developing the whole athlete. My slogan is, "Coaching the whole child, for athletics and beyond." The main sport that I focus on now is field hockey which I am hoping to grow in this area and get into public schools. The design should communicate safety, growth, acceleration, and have a field hockey ball somewhere in it.
