T-shirt Design Brief

I need a funky t-shirt design for back of shirt with animated delivery guys delivering desks, cubicles seating etc... near beach. Must be bright and original. Ideskz Office Furniture is the company. Prefer more rounded design as opposed to square. Needs to fill about half the back of shirt. I am looing for original artwork! Like the style on the shirt I uploaded.
