Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a national company that provides life coaching and autism coaching services for adults. It should appear simple and optimistic but not child like and not phallic looking. Happy greens, blues and turquois colors, maybe a pop of yellow or another color. I'd like it to convey optimism and hope in some way. It should be clean looking, not muddled. No water colors. I will use the logo on my website, business cards, flyers and social media.
