Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my business. My business is located in Washington State in the Pacific Northwest. We are a local home builder who works in all phases of home building. WE do like simpler type logos that are not too busy. I would like to see a house on the logo or an outline of a house. It would be great if we could incorporate the Letters "BB" or Even just "B". I would like if we could even create a house out of the letter B.
