I have understood your requirements but 1 Day is a very short time for me to start designing.
As you said the target audience is Customers who value sentimentality, personal connection, and thoughtful gestures, Relationship Status - This required a customized UI/UX by understanding the user behaviors and designing a website which has good conversion rate and focused UI based on user's needs.

if you understand my point, I'm glad to work on this project, if you extend it for 2 days more.
I can't provide you 5-10 concepts of an edited template in just 24 hours, which is good looking but not addressing the user's need.

There is a main problem is that you don't provide exact product list for your website.

by mentioning the companies we resell, it gives you a good idea of what products we are talking about.
